Entry Requirement (local)
Pass in STPM with at least a full principle in 2 subjects (HPNG 2.00/Gred C) / pass the Matriculation of the Ministry of Higher Learning with CGPA 2.00 / pass the Foundation programme with minimum requirement / relevant Diploma holder with CGPA 2.00 or its equivalent.

Entry Requirement (International)
Candidates must have graduated at least 12 years experience of school with GCE’A’ level or its equivalent recognised by MQA

Programmes Introduction

This programme introduces the philosophy, principles and legal aspects of human resources management and the roles of the manager and the human resources profession / department in this management function. The cource focuses on the laws governing policy making, recruiting, selection, training, evaluation, wage and salary administration, benefit programmes, representation, safety and the employer’s obligations and the employer’s rights under these laws. The programme’s philosophy is underpinned by a commitment to developing a strong leadership and professional managerial position.
